Will the real ARSENE please stand up ?!?!

First of all I would like to say, I am biggest Arsene Wenger fan. I just love that man. He is s committed to the club, puts the club in front of any other thing. I look up to him, I want a picture of him framed in my room, He inspires me. People say after they die, they want Morgan freeman to narrate their life story, but for me it would be ARSENE WENGER, I even love the way he talks. It's like when you love a person too much you tend to like every single thing about them. I do. From 'Arsene who' to 'Arsene knows' he has destroyed every single doubt people had in him, when he arrived. Winning silverware's from the word GO!

The INVINCIBLE - Untouchable

And making history by creating the '49ers', still no team has gone past us, I mean big team, in a big league . Please don't talk like man utd fans stating some street football team going some 60 games unbeaten or teams from the past (One man utd fan did, they are one kind. You cannot change that) in modern day football this kind if domination is almost impossible. and thanks to inter Milan for halting Juventus right there on 49. I was so happy. Even with those offside goals you couldn't do it ? Old lady, poor you!. I Respect them for their achievements but would be nice if they had done that in a clean way rather than doing it with the help of those offside goals and stuff. So again the point is made clear to the footballing world, No one can better the '49ers'..Don't even bother trying it, seriously!
So coming back to the point i just want you people to realize i'm not knee-jerking. I want to talk real sense, I'll try my best to that at least. 'Arsene who' - 'Arsene knows' - 'We want our Old arsene please' (some even say Arsene out) To those who are calling for arsene's head, you people have no idea about what he has done to this club ? I'm sure you all will be moaning one day when he's gone which i hope is really very-far away. He has lifted the club, and carried us in his shoulder when we are supposed to take a fall, a deep fall.

Un-Known Frenchman
- ARSENE WHO?

We had a very tough time after Geroge graham had left our club, we needed some revolution to happen, John Cross says arsenal were about to bring Arsene wenger to arsenal in 1995 but for some reason or the other they couldn’t, but then again in 1996 we brought him. For a club who needed to be lifted up from a fall, who would bring in a young un-known French lad?
That too doing it in a club like Arsenal, you need to be brave. That shows how brave this club is, So people should not think,we sticking to Arsene wenger inspite of the bad run is because we are afraid, but they really believe in Arsene, you can say back then.. we had Dein now we have Ivan, but PHW was there then when we signed that un-known French man, he and Dein took the decision, Ask dein and PHW now, they still trust in Wenger. He can’t do wrong to this club, when he sees the club going down, he'll quit, there can’t be any other person wishing good for this club more than that man does. He loves the club just like how you and I do.

"My love for arsenal has never faded, it will never fade, I will never give up - Arsene wenger."

He gives his all, Day-in and Day-out. People have to realize we are in a transition period, every club goes through it. Change is inevitable; you can’t safe guard from that. Sticking by people during the tough times is the best thing we can do. Building a new stadium is a huge task, espiecially for arsenal who don't have owners like those Russian money spill-er or that oil company owner who just spills out the money on their clubs like oil spilling out from a ship to ocean, And the money he spills out in the footballing world is as dangerous as the oil that spills out into the ocean, is a humongous task indeed. But having these American (stan kroenke) who sees his profit more than the clubs position. I wish football had more moderate owners, who can spend when the club needs and spend intelligently and in a fair manner. I wish it will happen only when someone like Arsene owns a club or if our board could bring back David Dein.

So this transition from Highbury to Emirates was no easy. It had put the club through a big debt. Arsene's magic played a big role in bringing down the debt and making arsenal profitable again. We could have fallen like how Liverpool did, i remember the picture where two of ex-liverpool owners talking to each other "you don't have any money ? the other one- no i thought you had" They haven't recovered from that. Selling Alonso,Mascherano, Torres.. they haven't been able to do good from that. Even with lot of money available now, they are not able to do it. But we did, we do. Even amid-st all the debt, players leaving,we have managed to stay there, right at top 4. Arsene deserves the credit.

Arsenal have spent a lot less than many other PL teams.

SOME STATS OF ARSENE WENGER :

Arsene wenger has revolutionized Arsenal and English football

Finishing fourth every season, are we happy about it ? NO, and we are right about not being happy. This is arsenal, we are not supposed to be a top 4 team, we are supposed to challenge for titles. Are we been able to do that no ? What has gone wrong ? Has arsene lost his touch ?

I see a very calm and composed wenger now, than during his early days. He often used to have a spat with his fellow managers, Martin Jol,Kenny,Pardrew,Jose,Alex.. the list goes on. These were times when Arsene would lose his cool more often than now. But i guess arsene is more matured now. But I guess losing your cool could help you sometimes, especially when you handle a young team. We all know Fergie's Hair dryer treatment. I don't want wenger to be that arrogant, but they say players fear to face fergie after a loss. Is that the case with arsene ? I don't think so. Arsene should have lost his cool when he saw Andre Santos play like utter waste against Man Utd, he should have blasted him off. I hope he did say something. Arsenal Legend Tony Adams that he was scared seeing Andre play. Only your opponents are supposed to be scared at the way you play, not your own players, manager or fans, Sigh! I wish arsene was a bit more aggressive, when Judas told him who he should sign, he should have made him sit the entire season in the bench and showed him who is the boss here, but we know arsene is a classy guy, smiling at the guy who even stabbed at his back, Oh Arsene I know how it feels.

Arsene wenger has been let down by his players, time and time again.

I remember reading that, arsene when first came banned players using alcohol, Mars chocolate bars. For the first game, some players were chanting “we want our mars bars, we want our mars bars” for a foreign manager who has just come in and managing people who has so much experience, It’s a bold thing to do, that too considering the criticism and doubts around him.

Good Old Days.

We can ask ‘where has that arsene gone ? ’ I’m not frustrated just because of the trophy drought, ofcourse I’m but what frustrates me more is that, I have a feeling Arsene is ok with all these, fourth place finish, critics saying “See we told you”, we are making what say a truth, He is ok with this below-par performances. Loosing should not be an option, I’m sure it was not for the likes of lauren, adams, henry, bergkamp. All these players were World class yes, but to make a team go an season fully UNBEATEN, World class players is not enough, you need that attitude, never dying spirit, you need that Heart, When you could inspire that team to achieve such greatness, why not inspire this team, Arsene ? These money spilling owners of other clubs should not bother you, you are way better than this, Are we just seeing a shadow of your past ? What are you waiting for ? When people questioned you when you just came into England asking “Arsene who” you proved them who you are, Now here we again have the similar people saying “Wenger out”, “wenger has lost it” how could you be ok with it ? Turn things around, prove them wrong, Do it for the people who stand at your end even after this not-so-great 7 years. I know you have been stabbed at the back, I know people have betrayed you,the trust you had, I know the team you built has broken down into pieces, but we cannot cry over it now, we have to win over this. LET DO THIS SIR. Please. Spend some money, enough of holding it for the next manager, let see the present, lets win trophies, lets taste some success, Future will take care of itself, People like Jack will. Just show these people a taste of winning. They say the tiger will be calm only till it doesn’t know the taste of the blood. Once it does it won’t be the same. Lets show the taste of blood to these young lads, It will make them better,  Be it any cup, Lets just win something. You have show us, the fans.. the taste of the blood(success) Now we are hungry, 7 years without it.. we are hungry for it, So hungry that some even have started calling for your head. Lets prove them wrong Arsene, Drive us to glory. A trophy to arsenal will not only be a Victory to Arsenal or Arsene wenger, it will be a victory to the Beautiful Game, Winning over the satans of the game (money). The victory would be Historical!!

COYG!!

IN ARSENE WE TRUST!!

" We'l hate him, Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight."

Storm hits Saints - An unhealthy trend

Footballing world was left in a state of shock after the news came from the Southampton camp that their manager Mr.Nigel Adkins has been sacked and announced the Argentinian, Mauricio Pochettino as his replacement. This raised many eyebrows and saints fans are furious over the decision. For a man who has done well for them, the decision is pretty harsh.
Adkins has been treated harshly says former manager Lawrie McMenemy

Southampton are currently 15th in the league, they have performed well in the last 10 games after a slow start to the Premier League taking just 5 points from their opening 11 games. And they have gone on a good run of only two defeats in the last 12 league matches. Considering the last 10 games Nigel Adkin's team are placed in 10th position, which means they are climbing up with 3 wins, 5 draws and two losses. Another fact is that Adkins is placed in Top -3 in their all-time top managers with 61.22 % (2010-13). Adkins was appointed as Southampton manager in September 2010, when they were 22nd in League One.
"MESSAGE TO THE BOYS FROM ADKINS BEFORE LEAVING"
He then steered  Southampton into the championship, by finishing second in the league. In his second season as the manager for Southampton he managed to keep them in the top two in championship. Southampton finished second in the league to Reading losing the title by One point  and fourth round exits in both Carling cup and FA cup.  The journey from League One to the Premier league is considered inspirational. With Clubs like QPR,Reading and Aston villa in the relegation zone, Soton have managed to climb up to 15th with 3 points difference from 18th positioned Reading. But their Recent run of games were impressive, Coming back from a two nil deficit to Chelsea and managing a draw in their previous game. Adkins has impressed many with his teams passing game, deploying 4-4-2 model.

This news has come as a shock to Southampton fans who din’t see this coming. Former Southampton
manager Lawrie McMenemy has also conveyed his dissatisfaction towards the move and has said Adkins has been treated harshly by the board. It is has even surprised Chelsea Boss Rafael Benitez, Chelsea Boss being surprised because of sacking of another teams manager, doesn’t happen very often. Sportsmail reports that number of first team players were furious with the board’s decision. Adkins knew he was going to be sacked even before he meant Nicola Cortese. Cortese says the decision has been taken for the good of saints future, i don't see what better future the new man can bring, maybe they are aiming to get into top 4(PUN INTENDED). I personally want them to be relegated for this, the same reason why i din't want Chelsea to win it last year and this year as well. You can't do something crazy, disgraceful and win things. This will send out a wrong message to the football world. Sacking a manager is not always the solution for your problems. Saints fans warn of protest at Adkins’ sacking when they play Everton at home on Monday. Arrogance and stupidity at its best. This can be seen as Roman-esque decision, maybe Roman had a chat with  Nicola Cortese.

THE LITTLE BOY INSIDE ME ? My arse.

So as we are heading to a crucial match this Saturday, it will be not just an ordinary game of football. Adding up to the weight of being rivals, Man utd Vs arsenal for sure is a big game. With Chelsea loosing undeservingly to utd last weekend, we have a good chance to come into the picture for the top spot if we win this. Chelsea’s loss means that there will be another year where the arsenal 49ers record in not broken, though man city have been unbeaten so far. I don't see them doing it. I really hope they don’t. Each year we face a day like this, playing a big rival club, one of our Fresh Ex-player playing for that team, this is third year running, we are heading to Manchester with this feeling. Last two years it’s been to blue side, now it’s the red(Both are Shits, anyway). It sucks, seriously it does.

It's not just about leaving the club, but the way the player does. It's partly about the rivalry with the club, the major thing comes down to the behavior of the player. Take Kolo Toure he left us to man city, but still we don't hate him. Because he gave us everything, he won us titles; he left us in a respectable manner, praising the manager. Still doesn't get booed by any arsenal fan. But this Judas I’m talking about over here. For what he did, He will have one hell of reception tomorrow, for sure he’ll. Wenger knows it,the player himself knows it. I see wenger's comment "I hope he gets a respectable reception" was just for a formality, I'm sure the pain of betrayal would still be there in him, at least in one corner of his heart.

Uh,Not again.

Just few months before betraying us, this Judas was wearing Arsenal No.1 Fan shirt and posing with all his childhood jersey's and childhood picture of him wearing arsenal jerseys. yeah I know *face palm* I’m not sure if it was an award or something but it was there on arsenal official website. No one is denying that he had one of the best season’s and was by far the best Arsenal player last season. He almost single handedly drove us into the CL. But what has changed all of a sudden ? Just a day before the Big clash Goal.com releases an article about this guy , that he was saying wenger what to do, whom to sign. I can imagine people saying “come on dude,It is Goal.com, who believes them?” But looking at the larger picture, connecting the stories that actually happened and the story revealed by Goal.com, it makes some sense. There were reports about these kind of story even at the start of season, so I guess, there are chances that these stories might have some truth in it. There were information’s from reliable sources that Judas wanted to stay at arsenal even after releasing that statement in his official website (Which is under maintenance from the day he left arsenal, Even sites like Google, facebook doesn’t need this much long time to do any maintenance, That much afraid, eh ? Even this guy’s, his wives twitter seem to be dead. They know what’s waiting for them, don’t they ? ;) #GoonerPower ). Why did he make a rooney type U-turn all of a sudden ? I guess it’s the signings. Poldi,Giroud AND CAZORLAAAA!! Who in the world wouldn’t want to play with santi ? Such a darling he is :D he plays so beautifully that every body falls in love with his game very easily, im still pinching myself that we signed a guy like him, that to for a fee around 11-15m. wow.
So when wenger decided to sell him even after judas saying he might stay, we can understand there is something wrong. Going back to the goal.com story, it makes some sense. Don’t it ? For those who are wondering what story it is ,”  http://www.goal.com/en-india/news/137/england/2012/11/02/3496013/revealed-van-persie-told-wenger-which-players-to-sign-for?source=breakingnews “ This is the one. We are not going to get the exact answer for this, neither arsene will tell nor judas will come out and show how cun*ish he is. Until wenger decides to write a Auto Biography and decides to tell all the truth, which i don't see happening. So lets forget it and BOOO him. :P But i hope arsenal fans doesn't chant "she said no robin". He was our ex-player guys, we have to show some (very little) respect. But i guess they will. And you Mister, better not celebrate if you score. I guess he is not as stupid as Adebawhore to do that, see where he ended. Chicken on Beach ball ? Ha! have a nice time.

You want trophies ? have it.

So what’s with this little boy thing he told ? we all know he was an arsenal supporter from an young age, There is an interview in his feyenoord days, where judas says he wants to play in either Barcelona or Arsenal(http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/rewind-robin-van-persie-feyenoord-youth-team-says-dream-play-arsenal-barcelona-dutch/). And that’s his dream. For the kid who says like this, where did this man utd come ?
Lets look back how he was in his early stage of his career. He was a mini-Balotelli. Yes that Italian bloke who is doing crazy stuff. If not for wenger he would have become as crazy as Balo. When arsene tried to sign his club tagged a price around 5m, but arsenal ended up buying at around 2.75m in May 2004. How can that happen, he had a good talent for a guy of his age. So why din’t they bargain ? It is coz of his attitude. His coach said though judas had the quality to play for first team, he had a bad attitude which forced him to make him play for the reserves. It was evident from the red card he got in his first appearance in his arsenal shirt (If I’m not wrong). So it seems he has had this bad kid inside him right from that age. As we know every man has a angel and a devil inside him. So it is like The angel inside him told him to join arsenal/Barcelona and the B***y devil told him to join ManU. Or it must be like, there were talks about manU interested in him, and he was thinking and about it, and the kid inside him was screaming, ManUre ? F*ck Nooo..and this dumbo got it wrong. He was playing with cannon on his chest for the 7 years and a cannon with wings on his 8th year. And now with a Devil in his chest? Which kid would have told him to do that? To Betray the man who was like a father for 8years, made him who he is now,who was there for him whenever he came backcrying from international friendlies that he is injured. Betray the club which has given him the life he has now, been there when ever his Brittle legs broke and treated him with at most care and payed him even when he was rubbing his *** in our treatment table ? YOU HAVE ONE YEAR ? ONE GOOD YEAR ? And you tell ARSENE WENGER what he has to do? are you Freaking kidding me ?. Mr.Judas the kid told you to do these and move to ManU ? seriously ?

The Little Boy inside him. hmmmm!

I remember arsene words in the arsenal 125 years video. “six pence for leather and laces...Factory hardened arms…From those first heavy steps, MEN WILL BECOME GODS ”. So the transformation has been from Angel/God to a DEVIL ? Yeah for sure the kid would have asked you to do that.Duh!
I’m happy we have moved on, new gem in our team(CAZORLAAAA!) With Giroud showing some very good quality in the 5-7 comeback, things look positive for us. But ManU attack looks very dangerous. Let’s hope our defense does a good job. You Mr. Happy Santos, if you get a chance to play, you better do well. Valencia Vs santos looks tough, very tough.
P.S Did you find this explanations very stupid ? too dramatic ? If a player comes out telling a crap like “I asked the little boy inside me, he said to pee in Old Trafford from now on..” and crap.. why not me ? I give a damn..seriously.

THE INTERLUL

Good morning, evening to gunners from all parts of the world ;) Havn't been blogging much off late as i used to with my previous blogs, but i am planning to do more often from now on :D.
So here we are, the most boring day one could have. A monday after a No-PL weekend. Can't we putt off a monday like they put off PL ? Could do some help seriously. International friendlies spoiling our weekends by putting PL Action off for the weekend. As they say, "NO one  ever said.  Whooa!!It is International friendlies, i'm excited." Its gone on to the extent that every body has started calling it 'Interlul'. Sounds apt eh? Lets follow it then.
So initially when i realized last that there was a interlul, i kinda felt okay with it. It means the likes of Jack wilshere,Thomas Rosicky,Abou Diaby would get one additional week for them to get back to fitness, without missing a arsenal match. Like us Arsene wenger hates these Interluls. He actually does it more than us, it is so understandable it came from the man who has suffered a lot being a manager who has been affected more than any body because of the injured players, and we can recall that last season wenger even came out saying "Personally I think that the friendlies are becoming more and more difficult to accept for everybody". You can understand his frustration with the amount of injury trouble he has had to face every season.

We all remember how we used to be scared of these interluls, after that judas had been injured in a friendly between Holland and Italy. and Even Theo had a injury while playing for england before.
Now that we got that fragile b*** who used to come back to emirates crying to wenger "Daddy, im injured AGAIN" and happily sleeping in the treatment table. We thought we can finally start seeing these interluls as a opportunity to get some international experience to our young guns like how ox got,He just scored his first of many to come Goals for England, making him the second person from the chambralein family to score for england. The only Father-Son pair to do it for england.Congrats Ox!
But that's not the news that's doing rounding at emirates, the interlul continued to be Not-Our-Kind-of-Thing. As Theo Walcott got injured from a stupid tackle from the San Marino Goal keeper. I saw some post in facebook saying the San marino players belong to various professions apart from playing Football for their country, i guess this GK must be some Kung-fu master, Damn you.
Initially it looked really bad, and there were lot of fears about theo, but as his brother tweeted "theo is fine" we arsenal fans an arsene can breathe easy.
and as the reports are saying that theo is not happy with the wage arsenal are willing to pay him and is not ready to sign up a new contract, its evident fomr the recent Ivan's interview. I would like to say one thing to theo, So Mr.Theo, if you have plans to sign a contract come back home to emirates and sit in the treatment table, if not you can fuck off please, go and get treated for your bruised lung on your own. We ain't running any free Hospitals here :\
These Interluls are not just boring for us but also for these football related newportals, they are so bored that dailymail are showing Cashley cole's contract suituation in arsenal related news.
another news is that Carl Jenkinson was training with the English team, looks like he could be playing for England and not finland for whom he played in his under-18 days. But i guess even if FA is willing CJ cannot play for england any time soon as some paper works need to be get done before he can play for them.
WARNING: carl stay away from cashley, he is no.1 bi*ch.. if you can give him some hard tackles, being an die-hard arsenal fan i wouldn't be surprised even if CJ did some booing when he saw Casheley, Its not emirates carl :D and all newspapers in UK are ready with the titles like JACK IS BACK, as Jack awesome wilshere is nearing to make his arsenal come back after some horrifying injury days. That's it for now gooners.
Good day.. COYG!!

A Happy Visit to ANFIELD.

Good evening, morning to gooners from different parts of the world ;)
Not everyday we gunners get to blog with a big grin on your face, but now i guess we must get used to this after seeing such a solid performance against Liverpool. Looks like we have a balanced team with us with a huge potential, we just need to be consistent(which im sure this team will be) provided our players stay fit. So Gunners had a good day at office in all departments as we went on to beat Liverpool 2-0, thanks to the goals from new boys Podolski and Cazorla. The goals were scored at the right time I would say , we din’t have to panic, goals were scored at 31st (poldi) and 68th (cazorla) minutes. Our defense looked good with another clean sheet, though we had two good games at the back both sunderland and stoke city din’t test us much from the open play but did only in the set pieces which we dealt well(Bould effect). Liverpool is a team which plays an open game and with Bredan Rodgers being their new manager, you expect them to be more open and try to play attacking game and so did they. I must say we dealt with it well, though we had problems at times, we looked solid, we managed it. Even luck was on our side today mainly because of the penalty shout against Per Mertesacker, it was a clean tackle and din’t deserve a penalty but given the position from which Webb(HOWARD WEBB,sounds very lucky now don't it ;)? ) saw it, usually it will be against us, but at the end it was a pretty good decision. Per did make some mistakes, he needs to improve his pace and Carl Jenkinson surprisingly had a good game with a start he had, he looked sloppy at the beginning with those easy give aways. But this proves his attitude, im telling you he is some guy, at such a young age, having a bad start, staying calm and bouncing back and helping your team to get a clean sheet is no easy task. Looks like he is a good back-up for Sagna with Nico yennaris coming up the ranks we are doing just good at the Right back. And a stat to be noted is this is our 3rd consecutive clean sheet, and it comes in the first three games of the season. Which has happened with Arsenal for the first time in 88years. Something that this defense can be proud of and our previous defense should feel bad about ;) . Full credit to our Lord Bouldemort (Steve Bould) what an impact has he had on our defense, with no disrespect to our legend Pat Rice, I was worried as who will fill his space, but bouldi has done something very positive to us and Professor wenger how do you see all these things ? You are pretty amazing :D.  And Even after Joe allen’s consistent performance throughout the match, not losing the ball easily and sterling’s(Man what a talent he is) good show it looked like we bossed the midfield, thanks to Abou Diaby,Arteta and Cazorla. Abou Diaby is the one player who I will put my money on to have a great season given he doesn’t have any more injuries. Im pretty sure we’ll be asking Song who ? very soon. Diaby does good defending and some good turns and runs, his turns exposes the opponents defense and creating lot of spaces for him to run through to opponent’s half, creating chances from nowhere, which song doesn’t do. For me he is the Man of the MATCH for today. as he told before" I'm fixed up and looking sharp" He is isn't he ?

Abou Diaby with a convincing performance against the reds.

I think We’l be seeing Arteta in more deep role this season, so he won’t have the liberty he had last season and will have to stand back and defend, which song was supposed to do last season and failed to but im sure Arteta will do it in classy and professional way. And I know what you readers are waiting for , yes even im exited to write about LUKAS PODOLSI. I wish we I was there at anfield to chant “Lu lu Lukas podolski lu lu Lukas podolski” What a game he had, He defended well to help gibbs and keep Glen quite and Finished quite well with the attack starting from him, and went home with a assist in his bag. What more do you expect from a new signing ? and for Cazorla it was just a matter of time to get onto the score sheet, and get a assist on his name. He is been one player who is been performing all the 3 games, he was pretty close in bagging a assist in both the games. And a big thanks to Vito Mannone for stepping up when it was needed, and thanks to Flappyanski for sitting out injured when we needed him.

And It will be incomplete if I don’t credit our captain Verminator and Gibbs, a rock solid performance from both, Thomas seems like he is enjoying his responsibility , he is giving it all. Have we found our Tony adams in him ? time will tell. And the boy how well did he boss the defense towards the end, shouting ,screaming, havn't we missed this from a long time. And the team overall seem to be happy and organised.

And for everybody’s surprise THE OX din’t have a good game, I would prefer him in the Midfield than in the wings, and why was Theo in the bench ? hope nothing is wrong, Theo is the man for us in the wing, OX is not ready yet I’m afraid. And I see lot of people worrying about Giroud, Don’t worry gunners he won’t be the next torres. Reasons ? 1. He is a wenger signing, with just chamakh as his back up , it does look like wenger has lot of faith in him, so when wenger has a faith in a player we have no reason to worry about him , Remember the Judas (RVP) when everybody doubted him , wenger kept faith on him(what he did to that faith is entirely different story) . 2. Its just his 3rd game 3. As a striker you need time to settle more than any position because you don’t get to do lot exchanges or passing in there, atleast for Giroud it hasn’t happened. 4. Remember our legends Henry,Pires, The ONLY dutch legend arsenal had..Dennis Bergkamp ;) struggled to score at their initial games so calm down gunners don’t panic yet. So it is good result for us, not everyday you go to Anfield and get a convincing win, we must be satisfied with that, and it’s a great place for our new players to score.Though we do need some work to do in our attacking side. And I read Theo smiled when arsenal fans sang “Robin is a cunt”. LOL.
and one more chat by the away fans was "You're getting sacked in the morning" to Rodgers before final whistle. LOL but that's too harsh my fellow gunners ;)

Some of the Highlights and facts :
1.We kept a clean sheet with our 3rd choice keeper(vito mannone).
2.Our Jacky boy(JACK WISHERE) is coming back in one month and its all positive.
3.Cazorla is the 2nd Spanish player to score and assist in a PL game this season (vs Liverpool) after Michu (vs QPR).
4. The area where arsenal fans were fuming to buy a player was filled by Abou Diaby, how did he perform in this game ? statistically ?
Diaby 91% Passing Acc (58/64); 2 Chances Created; 2/4 Tackles; 3 Interceptions; 1 Block; 3 Fouls Suffered
5.Last season,After 3 games,we had 1 point and we conceded a total of 10 goals. This season, we have 5 points with no goals conceded WITH JUDAS(RVP).

6.Santi Cazorla: 88 touches, 90% pass accuracy, 4 shots, 1 goal, 3 key passes, 1 assist, 2 tackles

7. Santi Cazorla has created the joint-most chances from open play (10) of any player in the Premier League this season.

The RVP Saga

Good morning, afternoon gooners, its heart breaking afternoon for me and  gooners all over the world as Robin Van Persie announces that he will not sign a contract extension for arsenal and might leave the club any time soon, he did it through his official website "http://robinvanpersie.com/2012/07/04/update-for-the-fans/". And that’s not the way you do it captain, but I Should say it is better than how nasri or fabregas left us,he has given time for wenger to search for a replacement. But in other point of view, once Nasri decided he wants to go out he din’t let it out,may be he would have told Arsene and so it was easy for him to get the best money possible, which I afraid won’t be the case for RVP. But this sounds like, a girl friend texting his BF "Its over, good bye".
And as soon as i saw this news i had a strange feeling in my stomach like it had some butterflies screaming and flying around, like they were being killed by a giant animal. Now we have to handle loads of people questioning us,it gives our bragging rights away and people have started laughing at us,trolling us and I sit here thinking “what have you done to us,robin”. I remember crying like hell when Henry left, and i did have some tears when Fabregas first wore barca jersey, but i don't want to cry when RVP leaves our club or when he wears another club's jersey, I won’t, I definitely won’t
L Fuuuuu!! . And i don't think Arsenal board thought RVP would release such a statement, they seem like they were not ready for it. Which makes us think there is something wrong about this entire thing and club has responded by releasing a club statement

"We have to respect Robin's decision not to renew his contract. Robin has one year to run on his current   contract  and we are confident that he will fulfil his commitments to the Club.We are planning with ambition and confidence for next season with Arsenal's best interests in mind"

So as this news flashes up and goes viral's through internet there are lot of question to be answered and lot of scenarios to be considered.
The first question would be
1.RVP has announced he won't sign a new contract and his old contract gets over by next year,so will arsenal board sell him or allow him to leave for free in the next summer ?
By seeing the way arsenal board has replied to RVP's statement, it seems they won’t sell him this summer and will play him through his contract. Which Arsene Wenger doesn't do normally, he will want to get some money out his captain. Would i want to see RVP in Red and white without signing a new contract ? NO, i don't feel good about this. I Don't want a player to be in our squad who will not be sure to be part of our future and someone who is not committed enough for towards the club and he has also said that "unfortunately in this meeting it has again become clear to me that we in many aspects disagree on the way Arsenal FC should move forward." For heaven sake Robin you are our captain not our Manager, you don't decide how our club needs to move forward, our manager takes care of it and does it best.

2.Where does this leave RVP ? Where does he go from here ?
So from robin's point of view,he is in good form,he is just back from a season where he has scored 30 odd goals for his club and has won Barclays Golden Boot award and is one of the hot shots in world football at the moment. He was the same when he went in to the euros with netherlands, what happened ? He failed, yes he did play out of position, but he had the likes of robben,Sneijder behind him to feed him. But the headlines read "Team of superstars failed to deliver" RVP being one among them(Go to city and this title will be Ctl+C,Ctrl+V’ed). One of the reason he didn’t shine at Euros is, he couldn't carry walcott and song along with him at the Euros, they have lot of goals between them and have some good wavelength running b/w them. So if he moves to another club he can't carry them there either (Dare you man, i double dare you :| ). Here at arsenal, we all know how much he meant to the fans, he was worshiped here, which you cannot expect from the fans of the club you go to,there won't be single pure heart screaming your name like every single gunner has done it for the past 4-5 years robin, there won't be anyone else loving you and your family like any arsenal fan loved you, and there won't be a manager who will trust you like wenger did through your injuries and bad times(forgot your ‘previous coach robin Bert Van Marwijk
? who wanted to get rid of you and threw you to the reserves ‘coz of your attitude) and there won't be a team built around you,and there won't be a club to betray. You have almost spent half your time at arsenal at the treatment table and wenger still kept his faith in you, and you started to pay him back with one good season and what do you do next ? Good-bye ? No robin, that's not what you do. And i bet my life that RVP won't have a season like 2011-12, never. And he will be 29 soon and he has some 2-3 years in his career. With all his injuries,2011-12 is his first full season at arsenal, so Robin you do realize you are one tackle away from being messed up and ending up at treatment bench where you have spent half of your time at arsenal. And if you are going to a new club,it might take sometime to settle, you are 29 robin, are you aware of it ? A manager is not going to give you much time to settle, looking at the rumors he might end up at a place like City,we all know what happens at city if a player is not in form,(Thrown out,disrespected-Tevez) Are you ready for it robin ?
But what if he asked to play out his contract ? He might be booed by his own fans who loved him just like his brothers and sisters, and he might be around players who might be angry on him,his form may drop and the big clubs may not be interested in him and could see his career being messed up or he could be a big hit elsewhere, we never know. Oh,robin.. I will still be your fan, and we will still love you and we wish you good luck for your future. But personally I will be happy if RVP was sold abroad even if means less money, I don’t want to see him playing in PL with another team it will be like seeing your ex with you enemy
L

3.Where does this leave ARSENAL F.C ?
First and foremost thing i would want to say is,this question is completely wrong,Its just one of the arsenal players leaving, the one who was bought at 21 and nurtured into a quality footballer. Not the entire arsenal team. But yes, this player has been important for us last season,he almost single handedly earned us the CL spot.and We are in the brink of loosing yet another captain :( Has that Captain arm band got any curse in it ? We lost Patrick,Henry,Gallas,Cesc and now RVP seem like he is also following them. We are loosing a player who we have invested on, he has occupied the treatment table more than anybody(more than even diaby), all he gave us is ONE GOOD season, just one. Wenger for sure must feel betrayed, stabbed at his back. If we as arsenal fans feel betrayed, imagine how the old man would feel, Poor fella has had some real bad time. Players who believed, who he built his team around has betrayed him, People have been harsh on him . But wenger i can assure you of one thing which matters the most, WE ARE BEHIND YOU AND WE TRUST YOU . ARSENAL F.C is bigger than any player, we raised up when henry left,we raised up when fabregas and Cunt went just when we needed them, WE WILL RAISE UP even if RVP leaves us. But its not all done gooners, Wenger is said to be trying to convince RVP to stay, until there is a press release from Arsene,we all have to wait to know what will happen.

My Message to my fellow arsenal fans
Bros dont loose hope, arsene has seen it all,he knows what he is doign, after all who knew Nasri,Fabregas and RVP before arsene signed them and carved them to perfection. We signed RVP for around 2.75m, and believe it or not RVP has played  20+ Games just twice in his 8yrs as a arsenal player,so all we need is a new signing to replace him,yes it will be difficult to replace him,but we gotta move on,plus this ain't over once for all.Things might change,I don't know if i should hope for RVP to do a Rooney, but i would be awkward. i would love to end this by saying IN ARSENE WE TRUST and ARSENAL F.C > Any player.

THE SUMMER OF '12

Good morning gooners, its been a long time plan of mine to start a Gunner Blog, and finally its here and i am really happy to be writting my first post :) Hope you find it worth your time.
So here it is one of the most awaited summer for arsenal fans,as we return from a season full of unexpected twist and turns. We have had a roller coaster ride in our previous season, but we did finish the season on a high note, and considering the start we had,Champions league spot and 3rd finish is a satisfactory one for us. Though we have lot of deadwoods to clear out, wenger has started the summer by buying big. Podolski and Oliver Giroud for a fee around 20m?? Typical Wenger signings. Our attack looks deadly with RVP,Poldi and Giroud. So the next position to be strengthened is the midfield especially the Defensive Midfield, Wenger for sure wants to take some load off song's shoulder.M'vila is a player we have been linked from a long time, this season signing him has been closer than ever. The player himself revealed he would love to play in PL and arsenal, and with Giroud saying he has good understanding with M'vila,so it would be like Song+RVP a combination which worked out last season and M'Vila+Giroud for next season?? Song is not a out and out DM,he tends to go forward often so we do need a DM who stands and defends the counters a situation where we concede the most.M'vila seem to be fit for our style of play and he is french so settling down at arsenal should not be a problem for him.  Would love to see M'vila in red and white next season but reports claim that wenger’s interest on m'vila has cooled down because of the issues he had during the last france game at the euros. Well, wenger he is young and you can surely change his attitude and brighten his career. But our squad looks good and solid even without M'vila's addition. If M'vila is not coming then it means francis coquelin will get his playing time, another arsenal youngster who has shown immense quality last season. He is versatile too,can play RB,LB and Defensive midfield and can provide some attacking too. He for sure will reach song's level in few years. Another player who can play in that position is frimpong,he was sent on loan to wolves last season but had to return because of an injury. If we sign M’vila 'deeench' might be sent for loan. Apart from M’vila,  Anderlecht star Biglia is a player we have been linked to.The player himself revealed that Arsenal and Real Madrid have been in contact with his agent and he also said that he is willing to move if the right offer comes his way,he is rumoured to cost around £8million. M’vila seem to be closer to be signing for us than bigilia.

Apart from this Left back position is the position which we seem like being short of,but I don’t see wenger signing a LB with gibbs and santos ready to play, its still fresh in our minds that we played wenger signing a full back this summer where we have our full backs fit. This leaves us with Clearing the deadwoods and the issue of this summer Robin Van Persie situation . First wenger will sort out RVP’s situation before selling chamakh and mysterious Park. Im sure wenger won’t leave it late to sort out RVP’s suituation, last time it was difficult to fill cesc and nasri’s position’s. I don’t think either podolski or Giroud have been bought to replace RVP but to add addition power to our attack, there was too much burden on RVP's shoulder last season, people even called us One-man team, and it will not be a easy task for a new player who has not played in premier league to just come into the team and replace a player who has scored 30goals for the team. I feel it is good for both arsenal and RVP, that he stays and agree's for a new contract. Given the fact that this will be RVP's last contract of his career,it is understandable that he wants to take some time before he agrees on contract extension . That's it for now gooners, watch this space for more analysis on RVP's situation and further transfer news.
